How many Instagram accounts can I add to my dashboard?
You may add 1, 3, 5, 10, 25 or 50 accounts depending on your subscription level.
How to add another Instagram account to my dashboard?
To add a new account to your dashboard press Add account button and enter your Instagram username and password in a pop up dialog.
How do I upgrade my membership
To upgrade your IGplan membership, go to your Dashboard and click the green “Upgrade membership” button.
What is the currency you are charging in?
All of our prices are in US dollars.
How to cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, send an email to [email protected] with the subject: “Cancel My Subscription,” or simply click on the blue chat bubble in the lower right corner and our team will be able to assist you.
How can I get a refund?
First, review our refund policy. If your case qualifies for a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the subject: “Refund Request.” Our refund department will review your request and get back to you with a decision within 2 business days. You can also click on the blue chat bubble in the lower right corner and our team will be able to assist you.
How to change my billing information?
To change your billing information, send an email to [email protected] with the subject: “Change My Billing.” A member of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible to help complete the change. You can also click on the blue chat bubble in the lower right corner and our team will be able to assist you.
How do I delete my Instagram account from your service?
Stop your Activity, disconnect your Instagram account from your dashboard and log out. All your sensitive data, such as Instagram session, will be automatically deleted after 3 days.
Do you offer services for other social networks or can you recommend any?
Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer any services for other social networks.
Do you have an API?
Our API is still under development and we will inform you in our blog and social media as soon as it will be released. Please note that there is no ETA for this feature. It will be released as soon as it will be ready.

Note: You must be an active IGplan member whose account is in good standing in order to receive payment for your sales/referrals. If your membership fee is past due, your commissions will be withheld until you bring your account current.
